Went to see Amy Sedaris tonight with Ash and Adam.
I always think Amy is cute, but the "show" seemed very lo-fi
and not very well organized. She did two 70's inspired crafts
with audience members and took a number of questions about
Stephen Colbert (sp?) and David Letterman (again, sp?)..
Adam and I clucked about how rude it was to go to
someones show and then spend their time
asking them about people the know..
what starfucker wannabees...Adam dared me to get up and
ask her if she got bored with all the questions she got
asked about other people, but..alas, I was too shy.. Grr.

Ash bought a book, and I had brought an old issue of INDEX and Venus
from last summer for her to sign..Ash managed to get placed at the
front of the pack (of like 200 people) who wanted a signed book..
I was given a paper with a "V" (as in "22nd place") for the line to get my 'zines signed (if you dont buy a book, you wait)..We ended up leaving
early after waiting an hour...I was fearing that she would give me shit
for not coughing up the $30-ish for the book she was slinging..
Plus, it got really sad seeing the ton of other fags there cueing up
to try to be her BFF...Dont they know that Im next in line after todd O?
like, duh.

anyway. this song has been stuck in my head for a minnit.
its cool that someone got it up on the 'tube.
yay!
